This policy explains how Digiversa ("we", "us") handles information, including the information accessed by our internal application "Digiversa Anuncios" through Meta platforms.
"Digiversa Anuncios" is an internal tool that uses the Meta Marketing API to create, manage and measure advertising campaigns for ad accounts, Pages and Instagram accounts owned or managed by Digiversa. It is not offered to the public or to third parties.
The application only accesses data from Digiversa's own ad accounts and assets: campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, budgets and aggregated performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend and conversions). It does not collect personal data from Facebook or Instagram users and does not access their profiles, messages or friend lists.
When someone buys one of our digital products, we receive the name, email address and order details needed to deliver the product and provide support. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store card numbers.
Information is used only to operate our business: delivering products, providing support and running our own advertising. It is stored on private servers with restricted access and is never sold, rented or shared with third parties, except where required by law.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Anyone can request access to, or deletion of, information about them by writing to the contact email below; we reply within 30 days.
